Chris and Katrina’s Rock n’ Roll Wedding

October is such a lovely month for weddings here in Nashville and the weather gods made no exception for Chris and Katrina, who got hitched two weeks ago on a sublimely gorgeous day! Between the classic cars and hot rods greeting you at the entrance to The Cannery Ballroom, the rockin’ bands playing the reception, these two put on a one-of-a-kind party surrounded by the love of their friends and family.

Here’s a little preview to whet your appetite and stay tuned for the full blog post!

Lesleigh & Mike | Nashville Wedding Photography

This wedding was simply lovely! Lesleigh and Mike were married on a beautiful October day at Benton Chapel, and their reception was held at the Legends Club in Franklin. I met Lesleigh and her bridesmaids at Lucy Pop Salon while they were getting ready. All the bridesmaids had pink streaks put in their hair to match the bride’s. Thankfully my rainbow-colored hair fit right in! The style of this wedding was flawless, down to the pink wedding dress, pastel flowers, gray bridesmaids dresses, and the 4 tiny pink wedding cakes! I had a blast photographing this wedding, and Lesleigh and Mike’s sweet love really shines in these photos. Enjoy!

This post is going to be epic! All of the style, DIY work, details, entertainment, and LOVE at this wedding really make the photos pop. Cat & Jim were married at the Loveless Cafe on September 25 and had a carnival theme decorating the reception. Wedding planners at DandyLion Events provided event coordination, while many of the little details were created by Cat herself. Performers included fire eater Freya West and bellydancers from Bodhicitta. Apart from the style, the obvious love between Cat & Jim really made this wedding enjoyable. If happiness is catching, everyone at this wedding got the love bug!

Family Affair: Annie & Edward

Annie and Edward were married at the Hancock House Bed and Breakfast in Gallatin, TN on May 2, 2009. With less than 10 family members as the guests, their wedding was small and intimate with lots of happiness. Annie’s son gave her away, and they practiced a sand mixing ceremony that was very touching. Congratulations!

Made in the Shade: Amanda and Drew

Amanda and Drew were married on Saturday, August 9th, and their wedding was simple, stylish, and full of sweet moments. Lucky for everyone, Saturday provided a break of the Tennessee August sauna, so we weren’t all sweaty or hot. The weather was really perfect. I loved Amanda’s 60’s style wedding dress and blusher veil. The color scheme was very clean and classy with blues, whites, and browns. Both ceremony and reception were held outside of St. Patrick’s in Smyrna. Congratulations you two!
